University Guide 2016: BPP University

BPP University belongs to BPP Professional Education, which is among the UK’s biggest training providers. It boasts of a Highly Trusted Sponsor and University status, which allows it to confer degrees. In 2007, it was granted degree-awarding powers. BPP specializes in career-oriented degrees in accountancy, business, finance, law, management, psychology, and healthcare. The institution leverages over 35 years of experience to offer students both practical knowledge and expertise. BPP presents its undergraduate students with three start date options: September, January, or May, in various cities in the UK.

For the 2015-16 academic year, BPP charges £6,000 tuition fees for three-year undergraduate programs for home/EU students. However, students pursuing two-year accelerated degrees must pay £9,000 in tuition fees. BPP University provides its undergraduate students with numerous scholarship options. Some scholarships entirely cover the tuition fees, while others contribute to the student’s educational costs.

There are no halls of residence designated for BPP students. Nevertheless, the institution’s accommodation office provides students with advice and support and links them to over 50 halls of residences in the country. The university also has a Find-a-Room database and organizes housemate-mixer events to assist students in locating appropriate accommodation near their study center.

BPP University’s buildings feature modern facilities and are professional workspaces fitted with the latest technology. The institution has a mock courtroom for law students and clinic spaces for healthcare students, providing them with practical skills via real-life experiences. Business students enjoy innovative office spaces conducive to teamwork and creativity.

BPP University has study centers that are strategically located in several UK cities, from which students can easily access the main railway stations. The institution grants undergraduate degree programs in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Abingdon (near Oxford), and London.
